TCO Certified requires independent audits conducted under RBA-VAP or SA8000 by auditors listed with APSCA to ensure credibility and accountability. High-risk factories must be audited more frequently, and any identified issues must be corrected within a set timeframe. This systematic approach ensures consistent monitoring and continuous improvement in factory working conditions.
